Harry... twerking?

So Teen Choice asks Harry to twerk when the Beyonce of all butts is backstage *cough* Louis Tomlinson *cough*?

     This past Sunday, the boys of One Direction appeared, performed, and won all nominations at the 2013 Teen Choice Awards, taking home six surf boards.

      After their opening performance of 'Best Song Ever' that left the crowd pumped, and accepting their four awards, Niall, Liam, and Louis, seemed to just.. disappear, while Harry sat next to ginger Jesus himself, Ed Sheeran, and Zayn sat next to his lovely girlfriend Perrie Edwards of Little Mix, all five members of the girl group finally pictured together!

       When hosts Darren Chriss from Glee and Lucy Hale from Pretty Little Liars tried to convince Mr. Styles to stand up and twerk later in the show, he was hesitant and first, but shocked viewers when he stood and... well, twerked.

4/4 Teen Choice Awards Won!

(And 2/2 for Mr. Styles)
      The 2013 Teen Choice Awards was this Sunday, bringing together singers and actors alike, including R5, Little Mix, Ed Sheeran, the casts of Glee, Pretty Little Liars, and of course our boys!
      One the red (or blue in this case) carpet, the boys were wearing semi-formal, but mostly casual, attire, looking hotter than ever. I mean, just look at them! *stares for too long and drools*  The buttons on Harry's shirt seemed to be missing though..
Maybe he thought he was headed onto a Caribbean cruise?
      The boys opened the show with their most recent single 'Best Song Ever', setting the party-like atmosphere of the award show.
      Missed the beginning and didn't record it? Watch their performance here!

      Quickly after they left the stage, they were called back to accept their 4/4 teen choice awards! Though the famous "massive thank you" wasn't said, there was the 'absolutely incredible' line that made up for it.

One Direction track 'Just Can't Let Her Go' leaks online!

Spoiler alert!

            I'm not really sure who manages the boy's unreleased tracks, but whoever it may be may need some back up when it comes to keeping these songs locked up. The track sounded a lot like our boys, and with it sneakily getting leaked overnight, many fans woke up to excited, caps locked tweets.

Expecting some of the band members, especially the king of sass himself, Louis Tomlinson, to tweet about the leaked song, the twittersphere exhaled one big sigh when the boys pretended as if it never happened. See, it's like teamwork between us and them: We beat the Vevo record for Best Song Ever, and they ignore our knowledge of an unreleased song.

Never, and I mean never, underestimate the power of directioners.
Together, we beat Miley Cryrus's Vevo record of 10.7 million views in 24 hours, setting the bar high at 10.9 million views! Party time! Inbetweener's dance go! 

The music video is filled with costumes, makeup- and it's hilarious! The six minute long video contains clips from their highly anticipated movie This Is Us and conveys the strong message that the lads of One Direction are no ordinary, stereotypical boy band; They choose who they want to be and what they want to do, rather than following the media's trends and system. Okay, after a few days of calming myself down, I can finally type a proper blog post on the music video.

As you can clearly see, this video has given me so many emotions that I literally started to cry of happiness; And let me tell you, I am not one to start crying over things the lads of One Direction say or do.




This brilliantly scripted and filmed music video, thanks to directer Ben Winston, strongly conveyed the message that 1D are not your stereotypical boy band.

 I love that they can be genuinely silly and fun unlike other boy bands who need people to help them pretend to come off as humorous. It's nice to know that what we see is who they are, and not a sculpted product.

One Direction's highly anticipated major motion picture This Is Us has been all the buzz lately. We've seen the trailers and almost died from cardiac arrest. But with this possibly leaked clip from the movie has left many of us in tears(of happiness). Warning: Behavior of an overemotional  and extremely proud mother is highly likely.

Interview, after interview, after interview!

Best Song Ever was played on the radio for the first time today on BBC radio 1! Although the single was already listened to hundreds of times when it leaked onto the internet earlier this week, fans still went crazy with excitement! 

Imagine the you're at the 2014 stadium tour and Best Song Ever begins to play. Imagine everyone dancing and singing along together. Imagine the overall energy the stadium would hold in those few minutes! I may explode with excitement just thinking about it!

If this morning weren't exciting enough, the 1D boys had not one, not two, not three, but four interviews! Twitter was going mad with live tweets.. and I had just woken up to log into the middle of it! Imagine walking into a room, expecting it to be the same as always, only to find that the entire place was on fire; that's what this morning felt like.

Harry had an interview with BBC radio 1 this morning, just before they played 1D's new single for the first time ever. Listen to Harry chat on the phone from his hotel room's bed about Sex and the City, clean clothes, and his stiff leg?

One Direction are counting down the days to their new single "Best Song Ever"'s music video by releasing small trailers EVERYDAY until it's release date on Monday, July 22!

The One Direction boys have announced the name of their new single! Drum roll please...The new single is called 'Best Song Ever'!
Well, 'Best Song Ever', aye?  I can probably guess what the rest of the album will be like:
1. Best Song Ever
2. Where's Zayn
3. Butterfly Tattoo
4. I Can't Dance
5. Mobbed
...You get the idea.

The single will be released on July 22nd, just one day before their official anniversary as a singing group. The cover art of the single was uncovered too, released by @onedirection themselves!

The One Direction Boys Celebrate 5SOS's Ashton Irwin's 19th Birthday

So, Aussie Irwin turned nineteen years old, or young, as Louis would probably say. The drummer of One Direction's opening act on the 2013 Take Me Home tour, 5 Seconds Of Summer, celebrated with a bowling party while located in Pittsburgh. Check out 5SOS band member Michael Clifford's vine post of the event:

The vine was very convincing until Ashton, erm, said that the bowling ball was too heavy.. But this wasn't the only vine of the night! Liam and 5SOS member Calum Hood tested their boxing skills and major muscle power on one of the bowling alley's arcade games.

Liam is definitely bringing the Payne. Just look at the power in his punches! *drools* *watches 10 times* Would it be too weird to say that I want him to punch me in the face?
